Welcome to SAVI ("we," "our," or "us"). We are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how your information is collected, used, and protected when you use the SAVI mobile application.

1. Local Data Storage (Privacy First)

Your privacy is our primary concern. All of your financial records, transactions, and budget data are stored strictly locally on your device using an on-device database. We do not transmit, store, or back up your personal financial data on our servers.

2. Artificial Intelligence (AI) Features

SAVI utilizes Artificial Intelligence to provide enhanced financial insights.

• No Data Retention: When you interact with our AI features, the data processed is strictly transient. We do not store your financial data on our servers.
• No Model Training: Your personal data and financial inputs are never used to train our AI models or shared with third-party data brokers.

3. Authentication Data

To provide a seamless and secure experience, SAVI uses third-party authentication services:

• Apple Sign-In & Google Sign-In: We only collect basic profile information (such as your email address and name) provided by Apple or Google solely for the purpose of creating and managing your SAVI account.

4. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases

We use RevenueCat to manage our premium subscriptions (Pro features).

• When you make a purchase, the transaction is processed securely by Apple (App Store) or Google (Play Store).
• We do not collect, process, or have access to your credit card information or raw payment details. RevenueCat only processes an anonymous receipt to verify your subscription status.

5. Data Deletion

Since your financial data is stored locally, you can delete it at any time by simply uninstalling the SAVI app or clearing the app data from your device settings. If you wish to delete your authentication account (Google/Apple login record), you can do so directly within the App via the "Settings > Delete Account" or "Settings > Clear Local Data" option.

6. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Effective Date" at the top.
