Welcome to SAVI. By downloading or using the app, these terms will automatically apply to you. Please read them carefully.

1. Financial & AI Disclaimer (IMPORTANT)

SAVI provides personal finance tracking and utilizes Artificial Intelligence (AI) to generate insights.

• Not Financial Advice: The insights, chats, and recommendations provided by Savi AI are for informational purposes only and do not constitute professional financial, legal, or tax advice.
• Accuracy: While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may occasionally be inaccurate or incomplete. You agree to verify any financial decisions independently. We are not responsible for any financial losses incurred while using the app.

2. Pro Subscriptions and Billing

SAVI offers premium features ("Pro") via auto-renewing subscriptions managed by RevenueCat.

• Payment: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID / Google Play account at the confirmation of purchase.
• Auto-Renewal: Your subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Cancellation: You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your App Store or Google Play Account Settings after purchase. We do not process refunds directly; all refund requests must be handled through Apple or Google.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the SAVI app or its AI features. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Attempting to reverse-engineer the app or the AI prompts.
• Using the AI to generate harmful, illegal, or malicious content.
• Spamming the AI chatbot with automated requests.

4. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any significant changes within the app. Your continued use of SAVI after such modifications constitutes your acknowledgment and acceptance of the updated terms.
